Evet yazmayalı uzun zaman oldu. Bu 3 senede hayatımda bazı şeyler değişti. Mesela mezun oldum sonra bir işe girdim. Ve şimdi kovuldum ve tekrar iş arıyorum. Mezun olana kadar yapmak istediğim çoğu şeyi gerçekleştiremedim. Hayalimdeki işi bulamıyorum. Dünyadaki tüm patronlar sadece çalışıp hiç para istemememi istiyormuş gibi geliyor. Şaka yapmıyorum, ciddiyim. Görüşmelerde haftanın 6 günü sabah 9'dan akşam 8'e gerekli durumlarda 9'a kadar çalışmamı istiyorlar. Çoğu yerde sabit bir gelir beklemememi bunun yerine prim usulü çalışmamızı istiyor. Ama patronlara buradan bir şeyler demek istiyorum ne yazık ki kiralarımızı, faturalarımızı ve market giderlerini primlerle ödeyemiyoruz. Diyelim o ay uzun bir resmi tatil var, bu durumda nasıl prim kazanabilir ki çalışan insanlar? Ayrıca çoğu iş yerinde işten çıkarılma korkusu doğrultusunda özellikle emekliliği yaklaşmış personellerin yaptığı bir şeyi fark ettim. Yeni personele iş vermemek ve sorun olduğunda işe en son giren kişiyi suçlamak. Bunun haricinde biz yeni nesil teknolojiyi kullanmak istediğimizde alayla karşılanması ve buna gerek yok diyerek terslenmemiz. Biliyorum tüm Y kuşağı böyle değil ama benim iş dünyasında karşılaştığım kişilerin çoğu böyleydi. Hatta hemen küçücük bir örnek vereyim, önceki ayrıldığım iş yerinde TikTok izlediğim için alay konusu oldum. Faydalı içeriklerin de olduğunu bir türlü anlamak istemediler. I couldn't accomplish most of the things I wanted to do until I graduated. I can't find my dream job. It feels like every boss in the world wants me to just work and never ask for money. I'm not kidding, I'm serious. During the interviews, they want me to work 6 days a week from 9 in the morning to 8 in the evening, and until 9 when necessary. In most places, they want us not to expect a fixed income, but instead to work on a bonus basis. But I would like to say something to the bosses here, unfortunately we cannot pay our rent, bills and grocery expenses with premiums. Let's say there is a long public holiday that month, how can working people earn bonuses in this case? I also noticed something that many employees, especially those nearing retirement, do in line with their fear of being laid off. Not assigning work to new staff and blaming the last person hired when there is a problem. Apart from this, when we want to use the new generation technology, we are mocked and rejected by saying that there is no need for it. I know not all 80s generation are like this, but most of the people I encountered in the business world were like this. Let me even give you a small example: I was ridiculed for watching TikTok at my previous workplace. They did not want to understand that there were also useful ingredients.
